We only accept returns on our garments if you got a damaged product from us. Please refer to size charts for size confirmation, since products cannot be returned for size adjustments after they are created. To begin a return, please contact us at lovespaceclothing@gmail.com with pertinent images and order information, and we will execute an exchange/ refund quickly. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the time you get your item to request a return; otherwise, we will presume you got the goods in excellent condition and have accepted it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also want a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to send your box. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be refused.

Size exchanges will not be permitted once an order has been placed.

PROBLEMS AND DAMAGES

Please examine your order upon delivery and notify us directly if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate the problem and make it right.

 

REFUNDS

We will inform you after we have received and checked your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If you are approved, your original payment method will be automatically reimbursed. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank and credit card agency to process and post your refund.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  1.  You will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and the specifics of your purchase once you have placed your order. When the goods are picked up by our delivery partners, we will provide you with the tracking information so you can stay up to date on the delivery progress.
  2.  The shipping time for each product varies, we process orders as soon as they arrive and make every effort to deliver them as quickly as possible.
  3.  If we are unable to execute your purchase due to unexpected circumstances, we will contact you and keep you updated, or we will reimburse you in cashback.
  4.  Shipping across India is free for both you and us.
  5.  All overseas deliveries are subject to a fixed shipping cost, which is displayed at the time of order placement and in all purchase-related communications. If an item is returned, this charge will not be reimbursed.
